  5. Please join HINDU TEMPLE at 4835 Bank Street in Ottawa for:

    Dear Devotees,

This is a follow up of our earlier mail (dated April 8, 2023) indicating that the temple is now open for most of its activities. Wearing mask is optional.

Sunday activity was formally resumed from April 16, 2023. It is good to see more devotees.

    Sunday activity includes:

    8:00-9:00 am                                     Rudra chanting.

    10:00-11:00 am                                 Vishnu Sahasranama

11:00 am- 12:15 pm                           Amrit Vani on the first Sunday of the month and Bhajans

12:15 pm -12:45 pm                           Scripture reading.

    12:45 pm                                            Aarti

Those who would like to participate in singing Bhajans, please join at 11 am. We suggest that interested devotees make a group of singers.

We will resume serving lunch at 1 pm in the near future. For that, we will need volunteers who can be Sunday hosts and provide prasad/lunch to the devotees who visit the temple. We will need 52 sponsors (families, group of families or groups) who can provide Sunday Lunch over the course of one year, with each sponsor hosting lunch once a year. Several families have already signed up for this. We need more volunteers.

    Thank you!

    Board of Directors
