    Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) is on the rise. 1 in10 Canadians have CKD. It carries high morbidity and mortality for the patient and a great burden to the family. Our next seminar is on that topic, with details given below. Everybody is welcome.

  6. The Hindu Temple of Ottawa-Carleton on 4835 Bank Street is happy to announce that the Bal Mandir Program has once again started. It is held every Sunday from 12:10 PM to 1:00 PM in the lower meeting room. The program consists of a variety of exciting activities for children, including reflection on upcoming festivals and events in the Hindu calendar, discussions on cultural aspects of Indian culture, stories, crafts, and more. Everyone is welcome.

PUNJABI HERITAGE FOUNDATION OF CANADA in collaboration with Punjabi Haiku Forum will be celebrating 150th Anniversary of Canada at 3rd Canadian Punjabi Conference 2017 on Saturday, July 8th from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at RINAG BANQUET HALL on 88 Jamie |Avenue in Ottawa. The purpose of the Conference is to bring together eminent Punjabi scholars and writers to evaluate Punjabiyat in the Global Context. They will also reflect on the contributions made by Punjabis in the social, political and cultural life of Canada. The participating scholars are:
